Raising children to live as passionate and joyful disciples of Jesus is a privilege – and a challenge. Many influences that constantly barrage our children’s minds and tug at their hearts can make it seem normal to leave Jesus out of life – or at least not get too excited about Him. *FLiP!* stands for “Faith & Life in Progress”- which is exactly what is happening with our children in grades K-5. Each child at Victory is either coming to faith in Jesus for the first time or living out the very early steps of following Him. We want to be part of that wonderful growth process. We want to partner with families to encourage our children: to choose another, better way to live -- and *FLiP!for Jesus, to know and treasure Jesus above all things, to find their highest joy in loving and following Him. to make Him the hub of their life. to embrace His truth and values, no matter what others say or do. to give themselves away in loving service to others. to change their world. to see life as an adventure of following Jesus as their King. Like our other lifestage discipleship ministries, FLiP!* Children’s Ministry is centered around Sunday mornings (worship and LifeGroups) and *FLiP!* Kids on Wednesdays. Other special events, trips and summer camp are intentionally planned to help children and their families take the next step in their spiritual journey. Parents, it’s important for you to know that your children are always safe and secure with us. All our volunteers have been screened, trained and are under supervision. Also, remember that you are welcome (no—urged!) to help our *FLiP!* ministry team with any event. FLiP! Ministry Schedule Sundays 9:15 am, Life Groups Small groups for children K-5 meet on the second floor of the education wing. 10:30 am, Worship Gathering Children ages Kindergarten and older are invited to join their families in the worship center at 10:30. We believe this is a wonderful opportunity for children to see their families and other adults worship and study God's Word corporately. Age appropriate bulletins and crayons are available in Victory Central. Wednesdays 6:33 pm, FLiP! Kids Through a fast-paced variety of activities and teaching environments,*FLiP! Kids* is designed to raise kids’ hearts up to become a generation of God-worshippers (singing, drama & more); sinking kids’ minds deep to be shaped by God’s Word (interactive Bible study) launching kids’ lives out to be engaged in God’s glocal mission (missions learning and activity).
